Currently, it has ten employees in its Dayton area office located at 7001 Corporate Way in Centerville.

In response to the rising demand, MassMutual is ramping up its Fort Worth recruiting efforts, offering incentives to attract financial services professionals to join the company. With dozens of openings, it is looking to hire 2,000 people as soon as possible, nation-wide.
Sales agents are offered an average first-year salary of $40,000 to $60,000, plus full benefits. As well, in order to entice potential employees, the company is offering full-time positions benefits, such as, paid tuition and fees for agents who earn industry designations and college degrees up to and including a Masters of Science Degree in Financial Services. In addition, it also has an online university offering several hundred courses each semester, for helping agents target their client base with specific knowledge, including other training and education opportunities, as well.
Agents building their own financial services practices within the MassMutual agency, receive nearly everything related to setting up and growing their practices, including office space, administrative staff and utilities.
